These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of My Vedic Reading (the "Service"), operated by My Vedic Reading ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a reading or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a reading. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
My Vedic Reading generates personalized Vedic astrology readings based on the birth date, time, and location you provide. Readings are delivered as a PDF to the email address you submit at checkout, and are not hosted online. We keep a copy for 7 days so we can resend it if needed; after that, your email is your permanent copy, so please save the PDF.
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout. Payment is one-time per reading — we do not charge subscriptions or recurring fees. Any additional products we offer are charged separately, only when you request them. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Because each reading is generated specifically for you and delivered immediately, all sales are final except in the limited cases described in our Refund Policy. Please review that policy, and double-check your birth details, before purchasing.
Your reading is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or represent someone else's reading as your own. You're welcome to share excerpts of your own reading personally (for example, with friends or on social media).
Your reading is only as accurate as the birth date, time, and location you submit. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in a reading that result from incorrect information provided at checkout.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Vedic Reading is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on a reading. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make a change.
