Every reading on My Vedic Reading is generated specifically for you, from the exact birth details you provide, and is delivered immediately after purchase.

All sales are final. Because your reading is personalized and delivered instantly, we are unable to offer refunds once it has been generated — there is no way to "return" information once you've received it.

Why we don't offer refunds

Unlike a physical product, a reading can't be sent back. The moment it's generated, you have the information it contains — a refund would mean giving that value away for free rather than genuinely reversing the purchase. This is standard practice for personalized digital products and services.

If something actually went wrong

This policy covers change-of-mind requests, not real problems on our end. If any of the following happens, contact us and we'll make it right — a corrected reading, a resend, or in rare cases a refund at our discretion:

You never received your reading after payment (a delivery failure on our side)
Your reading contains a factual error — a placement, date, or detail that doesn't match the birth information you submitted
You were charged more than once for the same order

Before you buy

Double-check your birth date, time, and place before submitting — even a small error in birth time can shift your Ascendant and house placements, which changes the reading. If you're unsure of your exact birth time, we recommend confirming it with a birth certificate or hospital record first.
